"How do I request my electronic invoice?"

Billing information must be entered on the website at the time of purchase in the last step of “Payment”. After confirming payment for the order, we will send the electronic invoice to your email within 5 business days.

If you forgot to enter your details, it will be important to contact our Customer Service Center within a period of no more than 24 HRS from the date of the order.

***Without exception, invoices will not be issued after the mentioned period.
