The new product has up to 7 calendar days from the date the order was received. If the indicated time is exceeded, the exchange will not be possible.
According to PROFECO (Federal Consumer Protection Agency), customers who buy through online stores have up to 5 days from the delivery date to exchange the product. However, at RAVGE CO. we give you up to 7 calendar days from delivery.
In this type of product exchange, the customer must absorb the costs of both shipments (first shipment in which the product is returned to RAVGE CO. and second shipment in which the new product is sent). Approximate cost $250 MXN or depending on the area of ​​Mexico.
All product measurement tables are a relative reference with a certain range of error. The customer must absorb the costs of the change in any case.
"Factory warranty"
Products sold on the ravge.com site have a 60-day warranty only against factory defects, from the date the order is received. It is recommended to contact the supplier directly to report the problem and receive the respective guidance or the appropriate technical assistance for said product, as well as report the problem to our Customer Service Center.
The warranty is the sole responsibility of RAVGE CO . and the customer will not have to absorb any extra costs.
- Possible causes of default change rejection:
Absence of defect (the damage reported by the customer was not found), signs of improper use, signs of accidental damage, natural wear and tear, improper washing. It is important to follow the specifications shown on the website, manual or label of the item for its correct use.
- In case the change is accepted:
You will receive the replacement of the purchased product at the address of origin of the order (without additional costs).
